Everything was pretty well perfect - location, reception, staff, comfort, facilities, views over the loch, swimming pool, food and drink. A perfect base for a family get together in Inverary. This was an expensive hotel stay for us but not much more so than alternatives available, and the all round standard made it value for money. Every member of staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, positive and professional. This makes such a difference. Inverary is an interesting spot in itself with several attractions for visitors, especially the Jail.We did a number of longish walks through the surrounding woods and the hills overlooking the town and famous castle. .

Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa Wow where to start , probably one of the nicest Hotels I have ever been to in Scotland The Service is 2nd to none, staff are all so nice Hotel is just run so well, it’s what I call a Happy place, The manager Niall O’Shaughnessy is just one of the nicest people, which is probably why the Hotel is a happy place. This was our wee puppy Maggie’s 1st Hotel stay & she just loved it & was spoiled rotten & loved her scrambled eggs for Brekkie, food was lovely, room was lovely, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Can’t wait to return. Thanks to each & everyone of you keep up the fantastic work Regards Fiona & Davy & wee Maggie X From Glasgow

The hotel and staff are amazing. I traveled with my dog and have stayed in many dog friendly hotels but this one was by far the best. They made us all feel super welcome. The facilities were great and the atmosphere was so chilled. The staff are the selling point of this place though, everyone we met who worked here was helpful and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. Will definitely visit again in the very near future. I don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to this time as the stay exceeded my expectations.

Staff are exceptional. Shout out particularly to James who moved our cheeseboard to our room to enjoy later that evening (other hotels would have cleared it away), recommended great wines & generally made our stay lovely-as did all the team. It is a super dog friendly hotel too. Final point-restaurant food is excellent. I rarely compliment a risotto and did so here!

The spa facilities are great and it’s worth paying extra for the outdoor thermal suite. Our room was lovely with a really comfy bed, beautiful views and a great bath and shower. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food (we had dinner and breakfast) is very good.
