Stayed one night on our honeymoon trip. We had a lovely time and felt totally spoiled using the spa facilities, I booked a massage and the massage therapist was very personable and I left feeling very relaxed! Hot tub and steam and salt rooms also very good. Pool area was basically empty on Sunday evening. The team left a lovely plate for us in the room to celebrate our honeymoon with some tasty treats on it for us to enjoy which was a nice touch and appreciated. Bed was very large and comfortable and shower also was large and clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, the food for dinner was on the pricier side but the portions were very large and the ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Bar area very large and nice to sit and look out over the view.

Everything was pretty well perfect - location, reception, staff, comfort, facilities, views over the loch, swimming pool, food and drink. A perfect base for a family get together in Inverary. This was an expensive hotel stay for us but not much more so than alternatives available, and the all round standard made it value for money. Every member of staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, positive and professional. This makes such a difference. Inverary is an interesting spot in itself with several attractions for visitors, especially the Jail.We did a number of longish walks through the surrounding woods and the hills overlooking the town and famous castle. .

Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa Wow where to start , probably one of the nicest Hotels I have ever been to in Scotland The Service is 2nd to none, staff are all so nice Hotel is just run so well, it’s what I call a Happy place, The manager Niall O’Shaughnessy is just one of the nicest people, which is probably why the Hotel is a happy place. This was our wee puppy Maggie’s 1st Hotel stay & she just loved it & was spoiled rotten & loved her scrambled eggs for Brekkie, food was lovely, room was lovely, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Can’t wait to return. Thanks to each & everyone of you keep up the fantastic work Regards Fiona & Davy & wee Maggie X From Glasgow

We loved the location, as we were going to Inveraray jail, Inveraray Castle and the Bell Tower which were all within walking distance..we had a heatwave the weekend we visited so made everything amazing. The breakfast was perfect, had kippers which were delicious, as was cooked breakfast fruits etc all served with piping hot coffee, the girl who served at breakfast was so pleasant and attentive, makes all the difference. We had Dinner too the fillet steak was cooked to perfection, the waiting staff again were superb. Afternoon tea was perfection also!!!!

The hotel and staff are amazing. I traveled with my dog and have stayed in many dog friendly hotels but this one was by far the best. They made us all feel super welcome. The facilities were great and the atmosphere was so chilled. The staff are the selling point of this place though, everyone we met who worked here was helpful and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. Will definitely visit again in the very near future. I don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to this time as the stay exceeded my expectations.
